The Calamity Mod adds 16 new Armor Sets. 4 sets can be obtained Pre-Hardmode, 4 sets in Hardmode, and 8 sets post-Moon Lord. Most armor sets have 5 different helmets for each main class (Melee, Ranged, Magic, Summon, and Rogue), while the rest of the armor sets grant universal bonuses.

    • Set Bonus: +5% melee damage and crit chance, you have a 50% chance to reflect projectiles back at enemies, if you reflect a projectile you are also healed for half of that projectile's damage
  • Daedalus Headgear: 10% increased ranged damage and critical strike chance, reduces ammo cost by 20%
    • Set Bonus: +5% ranged damage and crit chance, getting hit causes you to emit a blast of crystal shards
  • Daedalus Facemask: 10% increased rogue damage and critical strike chance, increases rogue weapon velocity by 15%
    • Set Bonus:+5% rogue damage and crit chance, rogue weapon projectiles split into crystal shards on enemy hits

  • Set Bonus: Imbued with cosmic wrath and rage when you are damaged. All attacks have a chance to inflict On Fire! and Cursed Inferno.
    All projectile types have special effects upon striking enemies depending on their damage type.
    • Melee and Throwing attacks create Xeroc Blast explosions on hit. The blasts deal 15% damage of the attack that spawned them.
    • Ranged attacks spawn Xeroc Fire sparks which fall to the ground and linger for a few seconds. They deal 10% damage of the projectile that spawned them.
    • Magic attacks spawn Xeroc Orbs that home in on enemies or heal the player (similar to the Spectre armor).
      • The damaging orbs deal 40% of the damage of the attack that spawned it.
      • The healing orbs heal for 10% of the damage the first time the projectile hits, 5% the second time, 0% the third time and so on. This only applies for piercing projectiles.
    • Minion attacks spawn Xeroc Bubbles which attempt to chase enemies. They deal 65% damage of the attack that spawned them.
    • Rogue attacks spawn Xeroc Stars which home in on enemies. They deal 65% damage of the projectile that spawned them.

    • Set Bonus: Press Y to cloak yourself in life energy that heavily reduces contact damage for 10 seconds, this has a 30 second cooldown
  • Tarragon Visage: 10% increased ranged damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Ranged critical strikes will cause an explosion of leaves, ranged projectiles have a chance to split into life energy on death
  • Tarragon Mask: 10% increased magic damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: On every 5th critical strike you will fire a leaf storm, magic projectiles have a 50% chance to heal you on enemy hits, amount healed is based on projectile damage
  • Tarragon Horned Helm: 5% increased summon damage and +3 max minions
    • Set Bonus: +50% increased summon damage, at full health you gain +2 max minions and 10% increased summon damage, summons a life aura around you that damages nearby enemies
  • Tarragon Helmet: 10% increased rogue damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: After every 25 rogue critical hits you will gain 5 seconds of damage immunity, this effect can only occur once every 30 seconds, while under effects of a debuff you gain 10% increased rogue damage

  • Bloodflare Horned Helm: 10% increased ranged damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Press Y to unleash the lost souls of Polterghast to destroy your enemies, this effect has a 30 second cooldown, ranged weapons have a chance to fire bloodsplosion orbs
  • Bloodflare Horned Mask: 10% increased magic damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Magic weapons will sometimes fire ghostly bolts, magic critical strikes cause flame explosions every 2 seconds
  • Bloodflare Helmet: +3 max minions
    • Set Bonus: 55% increased summon damage. Summons Polterghast's mines to circle you, at 90% life and above you gain 15% increased minion damage, at 50% life and below you gain 20 defense and 3 life regen
  • Bloodflare Helm: 10% increased rogue damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Being over 80% life boosts your defense by 30 and your rogue critical strike chance by 5%, being below 80% life will boost your rogue damage by 15%, every rogue critical strike will heal you

    Press Armor Set Bonus to activate "abyssal madness", buffing your damage and crit chance and giving the tentacles increased range and aggression. Abyssal madness lasts for 5 seconds and has a 30 second cooldown.

    • Set Bonus: Taking over 80 damage in one hit will cause you to release a swarm of high-damage god killer darts, enemies take a lot of damage when they hit you, an attack that would deal 80 damage or less will cause the attack to do no damage to you
  • God Slayer Helmet: 14% increased ranged damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Your ranged critical hits have a chance to critically hit, causing 4 times the damage; you have a chance to fire a god killing shrapnel round while firing ranged weapons
  • God Slayer Visage: 14% increased magic damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Enemies will release god slayer flames and healing flames when hit with magic attacks, taking damage will cause you to release a magical god slayer explosion
  • God Slayer Horned Helm: +3 max minions
    • Set Bonus: 65% increased minion damage. Hitting enemies will summon god slayer phantoms, summons a god eating mechworm to fight for you
  • God Slayer Mask: 14% increased rogue damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: While at full HP all of your rogue stats are boosted by 15%, if you take over 80 damage in one hit you will be given extra immunity flames

  • Silva Masked Cap: 13% increased magic damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Magic projectiles have a 10% chance to cause a massive explosion on enemy hits, after the Silva invulnerability time your magic weapons will have 10% more critical strike chance and damage
  • Silva Helmet: +5 max minions
    • Set Bonus: 75% increased minion damage. Summons an ancient leaf prism to blast your enemies with life energy, after the Silva invulnerability time your minions will deal 15% more damage and you will gain +2 max minions
  • Silva Mask: 13% increased rogue damage and critical strike chance
    • Set Bonus: Rogue weapons have a faster throwing rate while you are above 90% life, after the Silva invulnerability time your rogue weapons will do 20% more damage

    Press Armor Set Bonus to enrage nearby enemies with a dark magic spell for 10 seconds
    This makes them do 1.5 times more damage but they also take five times as much damage

  • Equippable as an accessory
