Brimlings are Hardmode boss servant enemies that are spawned by the Brimstone Elemental in Revengeance Mode or during the Boss Rush. A maximum of two can exist at a time during the fight.

Behavior[edit | edit source]

Brimlings follow a similar movement pattern to the Brimstone Elemental's first phase, flying towards the player and occasionally teleporting. They do not deal contact damage, instead shooting hellfire balls in order to damage the player. When the Brimstone Elemental goes into her rose phase the Brimlings will do so as well, increasing their damage reduction but stopping them from attacking.

When a Brimling is killed, a new one will spawn to take her place.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Brimlings will increase their damage reduction regardless of Brimstone Elemental's phase while below 10% of its health.
  • During the Boss Rush, Brimlings will have 100,000 max health regardless of difficulty.
