The Chaos Stone is a Hardmode accessory dropped by Calamitas with a 20% chance. While equipped, the Mana Sickness debuff is replaced by Mana Burn, which deals damage over time to the player. The damage per second increases exponentially the more time is left on the debuff, peaking at 36 damage per second at the maximum duration.
