The Draconic Elixir is a craftable post-Moon Lord buff potion. Upon consumption it grants the Draconic Surge buff which increases the flight time of Wings by 35%, increases maximum flight speed and acceleration by 15%, and grants 16 defense.

If the player is wearing God Slayer armor or Auric Tesla armor and takes fatal damage, the God Slayer revive effect will heal the player to half health instead of giving the usual 150 health. Likewise, if the player is wearing Silva armor or Auric Tesla armor (with the God Slayer revive on cooldown) and takes fatal damage, Silva Invulnerability will also heal them to half their health. If either revive effect is triggered, the player loses the Draconic Surge buff, disallowing them from drinking another Draconic Elixir for 1 minute, in addition to adding 30 seconds of Potion Sickness.
