Galaxia is a craftable post-Moon Lord broadsword that auto-swings and is an upgraded version of the Omega Biome Blade. It will shoot a homing star when swung. When the stars hit an enemy, different projectiles will spawn and different buffs will be granted to the player based on what biome the player is in will spawn. The projectiles spawn at the enemies' location.

The buff the player receives and the projectile fired is dependent on the biome they are in. The moon events will also grant different buffs to the player when they are active. All buffs last 10 seconds.

In addition to this, the sword inflicts the same debuffs as its predecessors based on the biome the player is in for 20 seconds. Similar to the Omega Biome Blade, the moon buffs will stack, but only one buff is granted from the player's biome, with higher items in the list above being higher priority if the player is in more than one biome.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
