The Ghastly Visage is a post-Moon Lord magic weapon that is dropped by Polterghast. When used, it releases homing ghast energy that travels through blocks and can pierce enemies twice before impacting on the third hit. The ghast energy explodes into smaller energy bolts after about 9 seconds or upon impacting an enemy. These energy bolts can be blue in color, in which they will be affected by gravity, or red in color, in which they will not be affected by gravity and will explode into gravity-affected shards upon impact with an enemy or tile.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
