Icicle Arrows are Hardmode arrows sold by the Archmage NPC for 80 each after the defeating all three minibosses in the Frost Moon event. They shatter into shards upon impact with a tile or an enemy and inflict the Frostburn debuff on hit enemies.
The Eternal Blizzard also fires Icicle Arrows in addition to Wooden Arrows.

- The ice shards will deal 40% less damage to everything. The damage penalty takes the bow's base damage into account.
