The Parasitic Scepter is a Pre-Hardmode wand that drops from Water Leeches during tier 1 of the Acid Rain event. On use, it fires two to four leeches which latch onto enemies on contact. They inflict the Irradiated debuff, which stacks up to three times depending on how many leeches are currently latched onto an enemy.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
