The Waywasher is a Pre-Hardmode spell tome sold by the Sea King NPC. The spell tome rapidly fires water bolts within a small spread that pierce once before being destroyed.
Its best modifier is either Masterful for mana conservation or Godly/Demonic for higher damage output. It cannot get the Mythical modifier due to its low mana cost.
